Tolulope Abikoye, known to many as Tolu, is a powerhouse when it comes to business growth. With nearly 15 years of experience under her belt, she's worked across fintech, energy, public sector, commerce, and regtech, consistently delivering results that matter. But beyond the numbers and titles, Tolu brings heart, vision, light and grit to every room she steps into.

 

She currently leads strategic sales for a UK-based company, where her bold partnership initiatives have boosted customer retention and delivered remarkable wins. Whether it's go-to-market strategies, digital payments, or stakeholder engagement, Tolu doesn't just tick boxes, she raises the bar.

 

Before this role, she led a team that didn't just meet revenue targets but they surpassed them as well. By driving expansion across Africa and other emerging markets, she helped extend financial inclusion, grow revenue, and tailor solutions that brought in new markets. Her work has always gone beyond the boardroom, reaching people, communities, and underserved industries.

 

That same passion for people led her to build JoyeDapp, a digital health app supporting women experiencing postnatal depression. In a world that often overlooks maternal mental health, Tolu chose to do something about it. And she didn't stop there. She's also developing another tech venture focused on creating inclusive solutions with long-term social impact.

 

Tolu is the kind of woman who finds market gaps and turns them into missions. She's an advocate for women entrepreneurs, a strategist, a founder, a builder, and a believer in people, in purpose, and in doing business with impact.
