"She started with architecture.”
But what Olushola Adetutu has been building all along is belonging.
In a world that often silences nuance and flattens culture, Olushola chose a different path. She wanted to create beautiful things. She wanted to create meaning. She studied architecture, earned a master's in environmental design, and developed a deep belief that design is not just about space, but about people. About what surrounds them, shapes them, and helps them feel seen.
That belief laid the foundation for DWAD Pro LTD, a strategic communications and cultural branding company she founded on four core values: Diversity, Workmanship, Accomplishment, and Dialogue. Every campaign, every brand story, every piece of strategy that comes through DWAD is laced with her conviction — that stories from the margins don't need pity, they need platforms.
And so she built them.
Olushola is also the Senior Designer at Glow Impact CIC, a social enterprise helping underserved communities and young people gain digital skills. She leads branding, marketing, and user experience with one goal in mind, visibility with dignity. At Glow, storytelling becomes a tool for agency, inclusion, and self-reliance.
She also works on the frontlines at Wheatley Group, one of Scotland's largest housing organisations. There, she listens. Advises. Serves. That day-to-day contact with real people, with real needs, grounds everything she does. Her communication is a lived experience, not a strategy. It's layered. It's aware.
She's a Built Environment Change Maker, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), and a certified Digital Marketing specialist. But those titles only tell part of the story. Olushola brings to every project a rare blend of creative intelligence and cultural humility. She listens deeply, then builds boldly.
Her journey across architecture, housing, entrepreneurship, and social impact was designed. Her life is one, crafted intentionally, with every layer adding something richer to the blueprint.
Today, through DWAD Pro and Glow Impact, she is nurturing a new generation of creatives, community leaders, and entrepreneurs who understand that culture is something you celebrate and build with care.
Because in the world Olushola is designing, everyone deserves to see themselves — boldly, beautifully, and without apology.
