Enoch Adeyemi
Public Speaking | Leadership | Travel | Financial Consulting

"He introduces himself first as human”

And somehow, that is where his power begins.

Before the titles, before the organisations, before the influence he carries today, Enoch Adeyemi has always been guided by the truth that our humanity is our greatest credential.

This is a simple statement, but one that explains everything about the way he leads, the way he builds, and the way he shows up for others. From his early days navigating life as a Black professional in the UK, Enoch saw what many chose not to name. He noticed the silent ceilings, the invisible barriers, and the isolation that comes with being “the only one in the room.”

He could have focused on his own ascent, instead, he chose to build ladders and that decision changed everything.
Driven by conviction rather than ego, Enoch founded Black Professionals United Kingdom, an organisation that began as a community and has grown into a movement. Today, BPUK uplifts professionals, guides students, and partners with corporate organisations such as Barclays, NatWest Group, Lloyds
Banking Group, BlackRock etc., to reshape how inclusion is practiced, not just preached.

Alongside his other professional qualifications, Enoch is a Fellow of ACCA, a trusted consultant in financial services, and a strategic voice in boardrooms that shape the future of work and leadership.
But even with these accomplishments, he never lost sight of the ones coming behind him.
Enoch can be described as a multi-talented being. As a speaker, he brings clarity, and has delivered keynotes at institutions like Barclays and JP Morgan.

As an author, with his book “Why Is This Wrong?”, he brings wisdom. As a radio host, he brings connection. As a board member, he brings courage. And as a human, he brings heart, the kind that changes cultures quietly and profoundly.
What sets Enoch apart is not only the work he does, but the intention behind it. He is building systems where Black professionals do not have to shrink, apologise, or fight alone and he is creating spaces where excellence is expected. Enoch is shaping a legacy that proves success is not meaningful unless it lifts others with it.

If you look closely at his journey, you’ll see the pattern of a man who knows that change doesn’t begin with a grand gesture, but with one person choosing to care, and choosing to act.

That is who Enoch Adeyemi is.
A builder of people. A connector of communities. A human who has made it his mission to remind others of their own humanity, dignity, and power.
