Akinwale studied at the University of Stirling, where he immersed himself not only in academics, but in people. The university became a space where he sharpened his understanding of leadership, communication, and the power of community and over time, he became known for something rare which was his ability to bring people together across industries, backgrounds, and experiences without making it feel forced. That ability would eventually shape his work in branding, business development, and strategic relationship building.

Through his work across professional networks, events, and creative spaces, he has built a reputation as someone who understands that visibility alone is not enough. People also need access, guidance, and community and he creates those spaces naturally.

Through his docu-series and podcast, How I Got Here, he shines a light on trailblazers from ethnic minority backgrounds who have moved to new countries and are building meaningful lives through their careers, businesses, and personal pursuits. The project reflects his belief that stories have the power to inspire, connect communities, and help others see what is possible for themselves.
